Volunteer Luncheon/General PTSA Meeting

May 6, 2010 

Nomination Committee:

The Nomination Committee presented the proposed Board for 2010-2011. The main board nominations are as follows: President – Nikki Feuquay, 1^st VP (Ways and Means) – Sharon Sohn, 2^nd VP (Membership) – Lyne Church, 3^rd VP (Communications) – Beth Scherer, Recording Secretary – Kathy Coatney, Treasurer – Meg Demuth. The proposed board was voted on and passed.  

Distribution of Excess Funds:

The board proposed at the April 13^th meeting to distribute excess funds as follows: $1600 to the Steinway Initiative, $1500 to the Media Center, and $300 to the Teacher of the Year. This proposal was presented for vote and passed.
